A worthwhile contribution

In his spare time, Bill remains active in the Settlers of Catan community and is a prolific grower of Spanish Roja garlic. In addition to a love of all things gardening, he and his wife have two cats that are the subject of many conversations. Most mornings he can be found feeding all manner of woodland creatures in his backyard. Every Sunday—come rain or shine—he goes grocery shopping for his 90-year-old neighbor. He thinks a strong cup of coffee is truly the elixir of life but appreciates a well made IPA. He collects metal and wood type of all sizes and his favorite letter is a lowercase g. He plays well with others and tries not to take himself too seriously. Secretly he's a fan of ABBA but then again, who isn't?

While this appears to have little to do with his ability to ideate and execute quality design, it does illustrate the point that behind the work there exists a thoughtful, considerate individual who would be a worthwhile contribution to your team.
